Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

• Please note: weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

• For products shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, processing may vary slightly, but we aim to deliver your hair as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your luxury bundles from our studio to your doorstep.

Holiday & Sale Shipping

During peak seasons and holidays, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for processing. We recommend placing your order early to ensure your hair arrives in time for your special occasions.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. While we do our best to help with address corrections, CHSN Studio cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
